Taringa will host the 2019 Rep Tournament for the third consecutive year on Sunday, September 29th at Jack Cook Memorial Park.
The event will make its fourth appearance in the Kick It Rep calendar showcasing some of the best talent across the venues.
In collaboration with our charity event partner, the LIVIN Legends match concept returns for the first time since 2017.
The fixture will feature seperate Mens and Womens matches for the first time, and include the best players from each of the Rep teams.
Reigning Mixed champions the North Brisbane Sharks will look to fend off the competition with a fresh-faced line up that could consist of up to seven debutants.
While the pressure is on the mixed team to retain, its the mens side who have the most to gain.

The North Brisbane mens team have failed to make the finals in their previous two tournaments.
2018 Mens captain Jayden Turnbull is confident is side’s fortunates can turn around with a similar unit for September’s event.
“Its a bit different playing people who we haven’t played with before, its hard to adapt to start
“It a lot quicker. Mixed is quick as well, but (mens) gets tiring at the end of the day
“Lets get out there and have a go.”
The South Brisbane Tigers will come up against a more competitive Toowoomba Storm and North Brisbane side, while the steadfast Toowoomba Titans team remains at the top after clinching back-to-back mens titles.
Tigers’ captain Chris Honnery is confident his side can overcome consecutive heartbreaking grand finals loses and will be able to close out crucial games.

The Tigers will boast a new-look team with up to five new faces from last years outfit who finished second.
Incumbents Corey Smith, Aaron Tomoana, Harry Elms, Tom Primmer and Antony Tatkovic will form a valuable spine with a host of forced changes.
Former Tigers Tim Mitchell and Jason West are tipped to make their Rep return.

Time: 10am – 4pm.
Game duration: 30 minutes (inc half time).
Format: Round robin, plus finals (1v2). LIVIN Legends Match: Mens and Womens matches (15 minutes). Team Kits: Released next week.
How do you get selected?
Players who are part of a registered team in 2019 are eligible for Rep selection.
Players will be selected not only based on the skill and performance but also their sportsmanship and commitment to uphold Kick It’s core values when on-field.
