All new teams will be required to make an initial deposit during the registration process. The deposit counts towards the total amount of team fees.

Direct bank transfer or credit card options are available via the Payment Portal.

Individual player fees will be outlined in a registration confirmation email. Individuals can make payments to the team captain or via the payment portal.

Bonus Competition Points Incentive
Two bonus competition points will be awarded to teams who allot team fees by the end of week three.

Teams with late payments risk losing competition points or missing finals.
Please contact your venue manager to organise a payment plan or if an issue occurs.

Match information

  • Forest Lake is a social mixed + competition mens competition.
  • Teams will take the field with 7 players.
  • Mixed teams are required to take the field with a minimum of two girls.
  • Matches are 40 minutes with two 20 minute halves.
  • To constitute a match, your team must have five regular players from their side’s team list by half time.
  • Team forfeits result in a 5-0 loss.
  • Bye matches result in a 5-0 win to the relevant team/s involved.
  • Children under the age of 17 are able to play in the social mixed division. Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Team lists
Team captains are required to submit a seasonal player list prior to round one.

Team lists will be used for individual leaderboards, finals eligibility and insurance purposes.
Team captains are strongly encouraged to update team lists or add fill-in players as required.

New players added to team lists following week 5 will not be eligible for finals.

Carseldine Finals Structure

The top four mens and top four mixed teams in each division will progress through to finals in week nine and ten of the competition.

Note: all teams play in finals weeks regardless of standings.


Finals Eligibility 

To be eligible to play in finals matches;
– Players need to be on a team’s team list.
– Players need to play a minimum of four trial or fixture matches during the season.

Venue Information

Located at The Wasps Junior Rugby Union Club, the venue is the perfect environment for our laid back Sunday afternoon Kick It Touch Footy competition.

The facilities host two touch football fields, on-site water, car parking and change room facilities.

Competition incentives and perks

- Individual statistic leaderboards for tries, try assists and 20/10s are recorded during the fixture rounds. Players have the opportunity to gain some exciting prizes at the end of the season thanks to our season sponsors. Leaderboards will be available on each venue page and social media.

- Each week, we will video select games with footage to appear on social media platforms Facebook or Instagram.

- Players' have the chance to shine in the lead up to a series of rep events in 2023. These include Allstars, State of Origin and the Community Shield events.

- Each season we will host a 20/10 elimination competition with the last player standing receiving a great prize from our season sponsor.

- Audio and music will be played during matches

- Players will have the ability to fill-in with other teams on request. This is a fantastic way to make new friends, improve skills and help build the social atmosphere at the competition.
