Well done to Sneaky Link who defeated Nims Trims 4-2 in Golden Point extra time to conclude winter season at Toowong.
The rivals battled it out with Nims Trims racing out to a 2-nil lead at halftime.
A second half response saw Sneaky Link level the scores midway through the second half.
Player of the match, and match winner AJ Tucker secured the win with a goal line split on a broken Nims Trims defensive line.
It's Sneaky Link's third Grand Final win.
Nims Trims are edging closer to their first.

Golden point rule adaption
In late 2024, the finals extra time rule was amended to make for a fairer golden point period.
The traditional 'drop off' of four-on-four or three-on-three was scrapped, with teams able to start the overtime period with the maximum number of players on the field.
At the fourth and fifth minute mark, teams will drop a male player. The period will continue from the fifth minute as a four-on-four extra time match up; consisting of two male and two female players.
The change gives both teams at least one opportunity to receive the ball, and produce a try before players are dropped off.
All other extra time rules remain unchanged, including both teams must receive a possession with the ball, unlimited substitutions and female tries are worth two points.
While there is time constraints, and achieving an outcome is the main focus, this fairer method of golden point extra time is here to stay.

Well done to Emmie and Sophie (pictured) who lead the competition in female tries.
An outstanding effort by Cory who topped the try assist leaderboard for the first time. Both Isaac and Cory (pictured) deserved this award.
A special mention goes to Nxt-Gen Untouchies who triumphed over Slap Happy in the minor grand final.
