Bonus Competition Points Incentive
Two bonus competition points will be awarded to teams who allot team fees by the start of week two.
Teams with late payments risk losing competition points or missing finals.
An incremental direct debt pay option is available to team captains.
Simply nominate your transfer amount and frequency in the form below.
Captains will receive a payment receipt once the total amount has been allotted.

Match information
- Carseldine is a mixed competition.
- Mixed teams will take the field with a maximum of 7 players.
- Mixed teams are required to take the field with a minimum of two girls.
- Matches are 40 minutes with two 20 minute halves.
- To constitute a match, your team must have five regular players from their side’s team list by half time.
- Team forfeits result in a 5-0 loss.
- Bye matches result in a 5-0 win to the relevant team/s involved.
- Children under the age of 17 are able to play. Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Draw format
The draw for the upcoming season will be based off a rolling ranked system whereby teams are ordered based on skill level and experience. Trial performance will influence each team’s starting rank.
As the season moves forward, team rankings will change based on performance which will influence the draw.
Teams will experience many match ups that are fair and even, with the top 8 teams moving through to finals.

Team lists
Team captains are required to submit a seasonal player list prior to round one.
Team lists will be used for individual leaderboards, finals eligibility and insurance purposes.
Team captains are strongly encouraged to update team lists or add fill-in players as required.
New players added to team lists following week 5 will not be eligible for finals.

The top four mixed teams will progress through to finals in week nine and ten of the competition.
Finals teams will be split into two finals brackets (top four and bottom four) during the two final weeks.
Note: all teams play in finals weeks regardless of standings.
Finals Eligibility
To be eligible to play in finals matches;
– Players need to be on a team’s team list.
– Players need to play a minimum of three trial or fixture matches during the season.

2025 Bonus point allocation:
2 points | Team fees organised in full by end of week two.
1 point | Correct team wear during the season.
Teams will be required to play in team wear during spring/summer season. At a minimum, teams should be wearing the same colour shirt/singlet. Teams who do not make the effort will not receive a bonus competition point.

Individual leaderboards
During the fixture rounds, referees will record player names for tries, try assists and 20/10s. Statistics will go into the mens and womens individual leaderboard located on the Carseldine venue page.
Prizes will be awarded to the winners at the end of each season.
Please note, try assists are at the discretion of the on-field referee.
