Managers will be responsible for delivering the Kick It Touch Football or Kick It 4 Kids product in their region, maintaining standards and thriving as a social, community-based competition.
How does it work?
Venue managers will sign a licence agreement. The agreement will grant the licensee the use of the Kick It brand, systems, processes, resources, rules, regulations and policies to use in organising their competition.
The agreement will allow for substantial growth through additional competitions, events and tournaments.
Establishing a new competition allows for a smooth transition in partnership with the kick It support team.
The agreement has been designed to take the pressure off managers, while maintaining a competitive and incentivised pay structure.
What does the support team do?
The support team will assist in all aspects of the initial set-up and planning, while providing on-going training, marketing, resources and staffing opportunities.
