Taringa will play host to the 2019 Kick It LIVIN Charity Shield for the fourth consecutive year on Sunday, May 5th.

The tournament plays a pivotal role in the Kick It events calendar with all profits from the day donated back to LIVIN as we continue the fight against mental health and depression.

The event was first founded in 2016 after a mutual relationship was struck between Kick It and LIVIN aimed to eliminate the stigmas associated with mental health in the Rugby League community.

The concept quickly grew and with the aid of the local community we have been able to create a truely unique event where we all share a common goal.

Thanks to the contributions from our event players, teams and sponsors, we have been fortunate enough to make several four-digit donations.

Take a look at our hugely successful 2018 event. Hear from LIVIN co-founder Casey Lyons on why the charity shield is important.

“Catch the Cause, Kick The Stigma”
